Serein continues her interview with Kerry Hite, a professional licensed medical esthetician with over 25 years in the skincare industry. The discussion continues from episode one about benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid. Why the use of acid is bad. How consumers are over using acids in their skincare and what ingredients cause breakouts. How inflammation can lead to serious problems. Listen in as Serein and Kerry discuss the beauty industry.

I'm late to this party, but want to ask, I've recently began dabbing hydrogen peroxide on any spots that begin (with a q-tip), and the next day, it's gone. Is this a horrible thing? I don't notice any dryness at the site the next day, no flaking skin like I would with say rubbing alcohol, or a product with salicylic acid in it.

I never did like micro beads exfoliants. It felt like I was sanding a wood floor. Great info on acids to. Kerry, you're hilarious. A must listen ladies and gents.
